Well, have to admit that also applies to me. I have taken on quite a bit and busy at work.

Advice to people starting off, carefully consider your claim priorities, based on claim size, type and age of charges!!!

Dont worry money, you just hit a bit of a lull.

You will be back up to fighting talk as soon as you see anything happening. All the waiting can do this.

I think we have all been there at some point!

Thanks to Rory in my other thread, I have decided to get back onto Mercers/Barclaycard.

I have just filled in a form of complaint with the Financial Ombudsman Service, explaining that Mercers have now had their 12 days + 1 month.

I have continued with my monthly payment to Mercers as it is only £1.00 and as I am already suffering with stress I feel I do not need the men in black knocking on my door, wether I am legally within my rights to withhold payments or not. It's my choice to pay them.

In the next few days I am also going to file my N1 with Barclaycard and get that moving too.

Will update when I hear more.

Hey Money.

Thank you for your "Welcome Back" message on my thread. Sorry for not replying sooner. I've been running around like a nutter since we got back. I was also feeling a bit disheartened for a while - but no more! :-)

Take another kick (given lovingly I promise :p) from me.

Speak soon.

Thanks gals ;)

I have been out of the loop on these claims for over a month now, I really lost the will to fight, it gets so tiresome waiting and seeming to get knowhere. Deedee you need to grab yourself by your bootstraps gal and carry on, just as I am doing - it's dis-heartning I know but we must NOT let these asses get us down - we WILL WIN!

Thanks for you support, appreciate it as always X
