Not sure if this is how to start a thread or not so excuse me if I am in wrong place. In a panic about how to make statement for court by Friday and in even more of a panic as my order from court states I must co-operate with LloydsTsb to compile my court bundle. This is apparently a new thing judges are requesting to cut paperwork down.I rang Loyds solicitors and they did not have a clue what I was talking about.Help please!

It's still there. I can't beleive it. Couldn't let any of you know of my progress the past 2 days - phone cut off, mobile off and internet off. Managed to scrape together enough money to get internet back on and bingo.

Quick update as to this week - put bundle in to court on Monday (£30 spent at Staples for photo-copying and stationary). Sent copy to **** next day delivery (£6). Today WON!!!!!!!

Advice would appear to be get a bundle in asap.

God Bless You All.

I may disappear for a day or two but will be back to help others.
