Recently my son defaulted on payments for his computer through no fault of his own as he got the computer through his work on a government scheme, however he left this job for an other, he ofered to keep paying but after a long dispute the firn took the case to court without him being there and a ccj was issued on my house, which I find unfair can I get rid of this in anyway.

Hi, thanks for that , but I won't know un till I try to get credit, thanks again. brize.

You can check your credit file for free!

Credit Reports: Get your Credit Report from Experian UK

Online Credit Reports and Credit Reporting from a Leading Credit Agency: Equifax

The above two are the biggest agencies in the UK, they have the main bulk of the info about your credit history. The CCJ will be against your son and not your property.

Is your son paying the judgment by instalments? How much was it for?

oh by the way, brize as in brize norton?

Long time ago in a galaxy FAR FAR AWAY, there lived an elf who shot banks for a living.........

Now through the power of the internet there is the CONSUMER ACTION GROUP,

Watch out they are getting crafty those pesky CRITTERS!

Banks will tell you their charges are transparent!

So is the invisible man but that does not mean he is fair or lawful.

DONT GIVE UP! FOLLOW THE CAG ADVICE AND RECLAIM YOUR CHARGES.

CAPITAL BANK! YOU ARE NEXT.
