I rejected the offer of just the charges back, & the woman on the phone tried to tell me that they never pay the 8%, but I held out & got it, & that's what'll happen for you as well, you will get it ALL back. They even cut it fine with money if you remember, it's just their way of trying to bluff you, & hope that you'll back down, but, like everyone else on here, stick at it, you know what that saying is: What goes around, comes around!!! All your money will come back to you, soon.

Yes, I think you could be right, stonedcroze. I rang on monday 9th July, to ask for penalty charges, court costs, & 8% interest, I was told that they never pay the interest. On wednesday 11th July, I got a letter from court informing me that haliprats had acknowledged, & that they intended to defend. Then on Friday 13th July I checked my account online, & found they had paid me everything I was owed. I deffo think that one hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing, or even that one department does one thing & the other department does another, mis-management is what I all it.

I wish you well in your claim.
