ive just been to the court and posted my general form of judgement and got really excited how odd am i... the lady in the office was really nice and explained that lloyds now have 14days to pay or in go the baliffs. (i had a big grin on my face at that time :D)

she asked me did [problem] know it had got to this stage and was shocked it hadnt been paid already as by now its normally done and dusted. i explaind to her how rude they were on the phone, so whilst i was there i decided to call them again to say judgement had been filed and so she could see how rude they were, and i'm glad to say they didnt let me down.

the guy who answered asked what i wanted and why was i calling to tell them something that they already knew ( i had faxed a copy of my judgement over) then said check your account at the end of the day and hung up on me. The ladies mouth really was  at how rude they were and said she hoped they didnt respond to the judgement so i could have the pleasure of watching the bailiffs going in :D:D

Hi Christina,

that really is appalling behaviour on behalf of SC&M. :-x

I cant believe they have another 14 days to pay up!! I'm sure you showed reserved concern at the mention of baliffs!!!! :D:D:D:D:lol:

There must be a way of complaining about their rude conduct.

If it was a simple customer treating them in this way I'm sure they would not tolerate it.

Well here's to the next 14 days of checking your acc. for the money!

Good luck

You'd need to issue a warrent of execution - although I would think they'd pay up first. If not I'll help you with it when you get back.

Enjoy your hols!:)

Certainly no need for you to worry Christina - you're home and dry now, they'll have to pay you as you already have judgement.
