Yep this thing is dragging on far too long, but one day it has to be resolved and fingers crossed we get our money when it does!!!:D

Not a lot we can do at this stage, if your case is at the 'court stayed' stage .... judgement is due as you say but if it comes down too favourably on either side it will no doubt go to appeal and who knows when that will be heard..............:eek:
