Thanks, I've just spoken to the court. If b doesn't submit by 17 may claim will go back before the judge who probably enter judgement. So again with b we are playing waiting game.

if i were you i wouldn't contact the bank , they are so snowed under they forget about things like this as in my case.

if you bring it to their attention they will apply to get it set aside and will probably succeed.

stick it out for one or two more weeks if you don't hear anything and try and secure a judgement , after all you have waited this long so a few more weeks is nothing.

as ever good luck and lets hope they slip up.

  • 2 weeks later...

Well done Madhouse5, i got mine through today, mine is for the 28th June, so i have spent the day doing my court bundle, it has to be in by the14th June. So i thought i would finish mine today so i can be assured everything is ready, and i can send it in the next week or so.

This is the hard bit i guess, waiting as there is nothing we can do.

Good luck hope all goes well, happy printing with the court bundle

Caz:p

There's someone else in court against barclays in MK on 8th June. Will be interesting.

Olney is lovely, I have family in weston under wood. I'm Conniburrow but originally from Bletchley.

Barclays will probably defend at the last minute, MK are still sending out AQ. Court dates are not too long a wait, I got mine letter with date end of last week for 31st July. Other areas are waiting much longer. This is the worst part now because your so near to the end but it still feels so far away.

All my friends lived in conniburrow when i was at school spent many hours hiding in carports having a sneaky cigarette with my friends lol

Best start saving now for my AQ fee I suppose, I was wondering if mk had got rid of it or not.

They hadn't with my claim. Mine had to be returned by 27th April, barclays didn't and got an extension to 17th May which they did make.

Things may have changed now but still save for it just in case.

Someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I thought that you had to pay an AQ fee whether you received the form to complete or not (obviously only if you had to pay in the first place!)

Best check though!!!

it seems it depends on the court, some are charging and some aren't

...but yours isn't awaiting a date yet is it? I thought you were being allocated a prelim hearing first? Or does the AQ come before the Prelim Hearing as well?

hmmm:confused:
