Having just read another thread, I've realised that I've included overdraft interest charges (O/DRAFT INTEREST) in my schedule of charges and in the total claim. The claim has been served so what should I do to remove them ?

Cheers

You will get a letter shortly from the court that they have acknowledged your claim, or that they will be filing a defence. Do not have any bright ideas about going for judgement yet as they are always late and the judge will always allow them a further 7 days . Be patient!!

Just checked my account (was looking for my £750) only to find that they have settled in FULL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They didn't even acknowledge my claim (which they were due to do today). So thanks to one and all, donation will be forthcoming.

Thats what I call a reet result.

Well Done Abe. At the same stage as you were, Defence received from solicitors and AQ returned. They have until 23rd March to return their AQ. Did you hear/receive anything in between returning your AQ and the deadline for returning it?

Congrats Abe!

Early settlement, whats Lloyds up to this is the second early I have seen in two days.

What interest did you go for, and was it SC&M solrs?

Hi, I heard absolutely nothing from Lloyds after the prelim letter. No response to LBA or court action. I didn't even get to AQ stage. Seems like I've been very lucky ! :D

Hi, Thanks very much. I added the standard 8% interest using the spreadsheet on here. The actual settlement was slightly more (by a few pounds) than the claim which seems a little odd. I have so far not received anything from any solicitors SC&M or otherwise. I'd expect a letter in the coming few days to explain.
