Hi buba 01,

I'm fairly new too!

Lori1 is right about reading!

I am at the AQ stage now with HSBC and so far everything has happened as this site said it would. I have already got them to pay up part of my claim and I hope to get the rest. It is a busy site. And there are a lot of posts new posts now on a nightly basis. When your are ready to start your claim, your post WILL be answered by somebody with greater knowledge than I, but thats whats great about this site......everyone tries to help where they can!

Hi, and welcome. if you want your bank charges back this is the place to start. I,. like most people thought there's no way I'll be able to sue my bank. When I told my wife and family they all said the same thing....No way. Well I sat on this site for about a week then asked some questions and started the procedure. Couple of months later I had the banks Lawyers on the phone asking if all was well and had I received their offer to settle my claim.full amount plus my £39 court fee and Interest. Superb, great feeling getting your cash back ! I was'nt so happy when they closed my account but hey, I'm sure some other bank would like my business.

Best wishes with your claim.

I'ts your money and you will get it back!

Scott.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)
