Hi all I am new to the site, am wanting to reclaim bank charges from natwest, why do I start? the site is such a busy site, do I send them the subject access request form first? * Bank address: do I sent to local branch or another address? HI My name is Leanne, I am interested in reclaiming unlawful bank charges made to my account I was onced charged £152 in charges for 4 returned DD on my account one of which was just £6.60 & then was forced to take out a loan to cover charges etc, so I am very angry right now. I am neew to the site & it looks rather busy. Not sure where I should start, so any guidence would be appriciated Leanne
