Letter from Resolvecall + Intrum

Recommended Posts

I've just received a letter from Resolvecall threatening a visit etc.

This debt has had no action on it in over 20 years.

I've not acknowledged the debt either in writing or verbally;

this is the first letter I've had in over 10 years.

Do I need to be worried,

is there something I should do?

I understand the debt is statute-barred now.
Thanks

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thank you for all your help but I have a couple more questions.

I'm just about to fill the Statute Barred letter in.

The letter from Intrum UK states all correspondence should be sent to ResolveCall's address and the only one for Intrum is the Intrum group address.

Which address should I send my letter to

also do I need to include my name where it asks for the address?

Thanks again Jimmy

you send it to intrum the debt owners NOT the monkey.

if you wish there is no harm in stapling a copy of the resolvecall letter to it.

2nd class with free proof of posting in quite ok
