Thanks FMTDave. That was one of the things I thought was wrong, together with no mention of liability passing to the registered keeper in the event of being unable to identify the driver? I note MET say I need to appeal to them before I can appeal to POPLA though no doubt an appeal to MET won't succeed. I also note some have had success going to Starbucks/Eurogarages. POPLA My grievance here, along with that of most victims, is the lack of clear distinction between the different parking areas.
