They now so as a result their client has instructed as follows 1 to serve a SD under Section 123(1)(a) Of the insolvency act 1986 With a view thereafter (Absent payment of the demand in full) 2 to petition for your personal bankruptcy Under section 265 Of the insolvency act 1986 Your SD is now being prepared Fit service upon you our office remains open if there is something you want to tell us. what will happen now as I’m a few months away from retirement and worried sick?

Yes the bank has my email address also as they started sending me CC statements

IDR already have my email as I get an email from them and the next day a letter. If they already have my email would it do any harm as all I want to do provide them my address as you have advised please ?

Hi Dx 100uk no not yet but they have after allowing me another three weeks said they would seek to issue a SD and then follow through. Today is their deadline. I have sent a letter to the bank via a courier advising them of my address as you have advised in other posts. It seems to get worse for me as my letter is stuck at UK customs pending the bank paying tax or duty which they obviously won’t do. Do you think an email would be appropriate to the customer service centre and if so what should I put in the email please?

I am trying to meet their deadline by letting the bank have my correct address so that they cannot give me a back door ccj. As mentioned my letter is stuck at customs just really worried they can go ahead with this threat

I am at the four days to go before I get my SD and then my bankruptcy. I have sent a letter to the bank to advise of my address and it’s stuck in uk customs and neither customs or courier can explain why. Any ideas?
