Hey FTMDave,

Nope. Nothing so far. There was a latter dated 19th (sent before all the emailing commenced) saying they now wanted the full £80 as the 14 day ‘discounted’ period had ended. But other than that not a peep.

As the hospital is its own PPC there's a fair chance you'll hear nothing.

On the other hand you might be on the list of non-payers and will get more "scary" reminder letters.

We could do with some help from you.

Hey all,

Update... They have sent another letter asking for the reduced fee of £20 again.

I have uploaded for you to see. Should I:

a) reply

b) leave them to stew?

or

c) slap them with a GDPR breach complaint

Answers on a post card please. :)

TIA

Well as the person who would have to sue for GDPR has advanced Alzheimer's I think the obvious answer is b).

Stew is good. Personally I like a nice vegetable one.

Multiple choice questions are too easy!😁

open

a dca is not a bailiff

and have

zero legal powers on ANY debt no matter what it's type.

ignore them

dx

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
