here is their latest attempt to deal with the Jurisdiction issue. See paragraph 21

this is in their witness statement.  

During either the acknowledgment of service or defence statement it asked if you wanted to contest jurisdiction as a checkbox obviously this was clicked so I’m not sure what they are on about here. 

I’ve looked at the claim and that checkbox is during the acknowledgment of service and then states under intention:

”I intend the contest court jurisdiction”

this then shows on my defence as the last item which of course was posted well before 14 days later.

Yes, that’s what I mean it shows that under my acknowledgement of service.

Well, you shouldn't have that's why they have raised it in their statement a common mistake made by litigants that do not understand what it actually means. The court will disregard it as an error as should of the claimant instead of being padantic.

but thats no excuse for disappearing since you got the court claim, and at least 2 periods extended months of not posting...

  and thus doing things wrong.
