Just a heads up... I have solid evidence that Clearscore, are giving names and email addresses to Robinson Way.

RW emailed me asking about a debt my wife has, but used an email address that has only been used for her clearscore.

I'm afraid it doesn't surprise me in the least.

I have always believed that whenever anyone of the credit reference agencies receives somebody's contact details in order to provide them with a credit report, that those contact details are added to the credit file database. I don't believe that permission is asked for this – and in fact they would be entitled to insist on it anyway – and so therefore I'm quite sure that it is unlawful sharing of data – it just needs somebody with sufficient stamina and bottle to do something about it.

Its probably as much a breach of GDPR, as the famed Retail Loss Prevention Dishonesty Database.
