Just what the court official said after lowells sent me a letter saying it was on hold, so everything looks back on track, Just like what old cogger said they mislead me, so now just waiting for court directions if they follow through

ok. yes, court deadlines matter.

the only good thing re their 'hold' is that they didnt request judgment following you missing your defence deadline (if thats what stopped them doing so :))

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi

First I've heard back no telephone calls or letters

letter today Saying small claims team has arranged for your case to be transferred

if you have mediation arranged follow instructions

if you have not been advised of a a point mentioned

the team have been unable to arrange mediation at this time

The claim has been transferred to the cc listed below for allocation

On receipt the file will be reffered to a procedural judge who will allocate tell claim to track and give case management directions

Please await the judges directions

This is the first I've heard back since the n180

Just to add items were bought Feb March 15 on a buy now pay 12 months later debt was sold in jan 16

Also no credit agreement has been given just their letter saying they were writing to get a copy of the agreement
