DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Yes

I just saw litlle point as I tried calling Vodafone and going into the shop previously.

Can you tell me how long it will be before I get a mediation date ?

I'm on holiday next week and close to calling and settling before this time ..just to get it out of my head .I have so much going on its not a huge sum compared to the stress it applies.

You need to initiate the mediation...have you rang them ?

If you are going to settle why bother?

Is it really stressing you this much this small amount?

Andy
