DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

hi iv received the letter from Lowell portfolio today saying the same thing as Bryan carter. also says ;we would advice you however that, although Lowell financial is still the legal owner of the account, the general management and handling of this has been outsourced to Fredric son international ltd and as a result of this, all of your future communications should be sent directly to them in relation to this matter. thanks for all the help.

i.ve received the letter from Bryan carter after sending sar to 02 and the cpr 31 to Fredric son int. saying ;

 

 

we write with regard to the complaint you have made .

providing an efficient and ethical service to our customer is very important to us and

we are sorry you have felt it necessary to contact us regarding this matter.

 

please assure we take your comments very seriously and fully investigating your concerns.

 

we aim to response within 28 days ;

however if it is not possible to provide you with a final response within this time frame we will, in any event write to you with an update.

 

my time to supply the defence is on Tuesday the latest,

what shall I do,

 

 

can I use this letter as defence to say awaiting the claimant decision.

Dont get sidetracked with all the above....concentrate on your defence...the above is a separate matter.
