I have just rang, although it is stayed They have a 3 day backlog of post so will only consider it stayed till Monday, once its passed its automatically place on

Court has confirmed its now stayed.

 

HSBC have about another week to produce the information under the data subject access form agreement.

 

Will cabot ever come back with this , or can i now breathe a sigh of relief and saw its now over

Hi All

 

I have just received my data subject access form from HSBC.

 

It showed that in Feb 2013 , HSBC decided to manually reverse the payments that I was making.

 

I am at the time are unaware of this and are making payments as normal, no payments are returned into my account

 

The data subject access from shows the account was "abandoned " in October 2013. I presumably mean this has gone to cabot.

 

The payments were returned by HSBC into my account , in December 2013. ( can see this on my bank statement )

 

I am so so angry really.

 

Just on a side issue , I had another Standing ordered returned at exactly the same time for First Direct , that was with the same collections department within HSBC

 

So this is bound to surface anytime soon I am sure . The data subject access form also shows am still paying the CCJ which now stands at just over 8k from 11k , But it also shows it had PPI at 2k added to the loan, I only ever paid 8 payments before i defaulted as they loaned me 100% of my annual salary

 

I will start another thread , as I dont want to confuse anyone with 2 things at once , but it goes to show how these banks operate

i have had a letter from Mortimer Clarke Solicitors

 

two letters enclosed , one states without prejudice to save costs and asking for 50% of the payment.

 

Is this this standard practice ?

well you be pleased to know I received a letter discontinuing the claim this morning , the nightmare has ended , funny thing if they didnt change bank accounts I would have still be paying to this day !!

I will start up a new thread about the 8k Loan with HSBC which is I have being paid as a CCJ for 15 years, at 15 a month. There is a 3k PPI attached.
