Can anyone shed light on these Bozos

 

Friend has started having calls from them. Has learnt from me to say everything in writing.

 

Thing is she is in a debt management plan, ok its a paid one but she feels safe with someone doing it and has no other debts at all?

 

Only thing I can think of its Lloyds, she changed banks because they were useless.

This is the very reason why paid DMC's are not to be used, not only do they make a profit on someone elses misery,

they do absolutely nothing for the money they con out of the vulnerable.

 

Tell her to ditch them, and ditch them fast.

 

If they continue to ring, tell her to laugh at them then hang up, or just laugh and laugh and laugh until they hang up.

Bait them a bit, have some fun at their expense, once they realise there is no profit for them to be had by ringing her,

then they might just realise that adults tend to communicate in writing.

I think it maybe a possibility, however Im very inclined to agree with BB, drop the paid DMC, go to Stepchange etc
