Hi guys,

Any advice on this one?

Basically this relates to 4 credit cards and would never have taken out the PPI if I had known, was just told to sign 'here & here' to accept the card.

I'm guessing the next step would be to request the CCA's?

Many thanks in advance.

that's the usual cut'n'paste fob off letter

the FCA are quite clear that these 'mere speculative replies'

and reliance on their systems being fool-proof is not good enough.

you need to SAR LLoyds to get all the paperwork.

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Thanks dx,

To be honest I've posted this on behalf of a colleague that I've encouraged to claim.

I've followed your link and drafted a nice letter that was in there just replacing 'loan' with 'credit card'.

We'll see how it goes.

Thanks again.
