Has anyone else tried to claim their PPI back on an agreement dated prior to 2000? I've seen a couple of posts on here around 2012 time, but I can't respond to them. I've been in touch with Ford Credit regarding their mis-selling of PPI, but their response was "we don't keep records", however "if you can supply a copy of the agreement, we may look into it". I told them I HAD supplied the copy agreement in my letter to them, but I just got ignored. I've been long term illness, so trying to chase it again. I've had two letters from them over a space of time asking me to supply any evidence. I have already supplied the evidence. I've written to them again, and the same answer has come back, "we don't hold any records, so cannot look into it". It's as though they won't acknowledge the evidence, even though they keep asking for it. Ombudsman, as some people have said on here over time, do not want to know, due to it not being regulated at the time. Any suggestions, especially since I hold the agreement and Ford is denying seeing it?
