The Judge/Panel don't care for waffle a lot of course. I read somewhere that the best way to answer a question is to firstly answer it succinctly and then add any additional information which you feel will help clarify/support your answer.

Hi The PHR didnt go in our favour the judge said i had a mental impairment but not substantial as I hadnt tried to commit suicide slashed my wrists and recognised people I knew.

 

Also I was not disabled because I could drive a car went on holiday use the cooker and the phone. He also said the medical evidence didnt prove it was substantial.

 

We were listed as a floating case and it seemed he just wanted to get it over and done with as quick as possible.
