  1. Hola A very strange meeting, quite a little bit of worries about me suing the shop... I'm coming back Monday. She even hug me. No tears from my side which it's extraordinary, I think I'm full dry. I been in contact all this time with the CEO of the shop, a very nice guy
  2. Yes I have the name of the Manager I asked to Savers for it. Therapist told me he was going to help me to fight my headteacher for emotional abuse and help with the Data protection case (my headteacher told me it doesn't apply to her because she's a headteacher and she can see any cctv she asked for)
  3. Sorry for all the spelling mistakes!!! I'm actually a good teacher, just can't see the letters after crying for 6 days. I wasn't going to play the mental illness card but I'm going to do everything in my hands to deal with this. I have some days when I can't even remember crossing the road or handling hot plates without noticing. After I leave the school and routine my brain just shut down and its all fog and sadness with the most depressing thoughts and however I never took a day off in all this years. I'm tired of telling her I didn't took anything from the shop and her accusations of me bringing disgrace to the school name. I'm exhausted all this week has been horrendous. If she wants to be a b*tch I'm going to be the mental ill person. Thank you for everything BTW Savers dismissed the manager but I'm not going to stop, I'm after the business.
  4. Hola, hello everyone I tried to avoid saying this in a public forum but I'm a mental ill person and have struggled all my life. I'm not ashamed but was very quiet about it. Today after having a bad episode of panic I went to the psychiatric and he was furious. I'm not going to explain with detail but I had a lot of trauma, losses and fears going on that never affected my job. He said I'm classified as a disable person because of my anxiety and depression issues plus and sadly I'm in the worse menopause, hypothyroidism and chronic pain ever. Said he would love to see the headteacher dismiss me and sent me a sick note for 2 weeks, he said he can happily give me one for another 2 weeks and like that till the end of the term because of the trauma exposed to me with her attitude. Tomorrow I have my meeting I'm terrified and scared but I have a new therapist, mediocre and help from the NHS, I feel more positive.
  5. Thank you!!! I needed this. I don't mind her seeing the CCTV it's just I hate her for always feeling over the law. She's going to see whatever she want to see in that video and she's going to think whatever she wants. She has been accused of so many things and one day everyone put the allegations in papers around the town and she was angry because it was a breach of data protection... Also I ask to see the CCTV and they refuse and asked me to do a SAR but she just can walk inside and whatever she ask for. I don't care about the CCTV it's the way she's acting
  6. Primary School, local authority, its the formal hearing after the investigation, ACAS and Citizen Advice Bureau says in their website I should have a copy of the results of the investigation. How can you recommend I ask for it? In the letter she asked me to provide with supporting documents but she was clever enough to never offer me ones. Can I ask for a copy with base in the ACAS and Citizen Advice Bureau recommendation?
  7. Stage one disciplinary meeting. I don't want to involve anyone from work this it's extremely embarrassing. I don't have a copy of the investigation, should I asked for one? Do I have right to have a copy of the result of the investigation?
  8. Hello Today I went to town and I saw my headteacher inside of the shop with the manager and I saw her going to the CCTV area. Friday it's my disciplinary meeting. Even when I told her it was illegal to see the CCTV she feel over any law and went to see it. I'm still waiting for the CEO answer and my SARS answer. I know she will sacked me in Friday. I'm absolutely disappointed. Can I do anything against her?
  9. Headteacher called me today saying I'm not suspended but still under investigation because she wanted to do everything right (after I send her the email saying all about the irregularities) and she also called HR for help. She told me to enjoy the time at home and I told her she didn't asked me about my wellbeing, I told her I had a panic attack and she basically make a joke.about it and told me that only showed I wasn't ready to deal with this??? She said that even when the information was acquired illegally she can't ignore what she knows... and the rest was between the shop and me. I'm absolutely devastated Yes I will post up SAR
  10. Yes I'm going to start the process, I need to be honest I haven't sleep at all. I can't believe that my headteacher, the one that has the duty to care acted this way. I feel betrayed. I will do it ASAP I even found the email to sent it
  11. I think they are trying to. But I hope her investigations ended after she notices she doesn't have a any legal power to judge me because of rumours.
  12. @dx100uk I did it at 7 am today step by step and explaining the unlawful of her actions and the shop manager ones. I know she has the right to investigate but that stupid idea of feeling a criminal detective its absolutely absurd.
  13. No, just one meeting with the school. Nobody was taking notes, they only gave me their procedures code and thats all. Interaction had been by phone and email. I was notified that my suspension yesterday wasn't a disciplinary action and they asked to not go to work on Monday because they need to keep investigating. I haven't signed anything, haven't been handed a suspension notice.. NOTHING. In the school week view I'm only out on Monday - I don't really understand what's happening. Yesterday I had a mental breakdown and the headteacher tried to contact my husband to check over me. I wasn't happy with her manners to deal with this and her desire to see the CCTV because she has years of experience, she must know she can't legally request to see a third party cctv. I don't even know why she took seriously the call from the manager.
