Oh god just under £3000 it just doesnt seem to have come down even with my regular payments,dont remember what the PPI was approx £500 lost all my paperwork when my oldlaptop went caput.

Found it remembered I'd saved stuff to disc, took me a while to find.Extracare Advantage (PPI) + compound interest total=3.578.14. I will do a letter dx100uk,will it be okay to e mail it to you for a check over please.

Oh meant to add,

they did say if I wasn't happy to complain to the Ombudsman,

 

think I remember a leaflet they sent,

 

the letter for SD was short and too the point I

 

remember,more or less saying no return of PPI or interest charges.

I sent you an SAR on DD/MM/YYY ,

this contained no information prior to 2009.

 

in your rejection letter, you relied upon information that you hold prior to this date .

 

please forward me the information that you relying upon that I SPECIFICALLY selected to be covered

 

also. please forward me ALL the missing data prior to 2009 that you failed to supply within the SAR.

 

You currently claim I have an outstanding balance of £XXXX

 

I dispute this balance and refuse to acknowledge any debt to you in relation to my outstanding PPI claim.

Shopdirect must be on another planet

- most of us find that out. they even tell you the very special investiagtion committe will look into complaint

then state they have never contacted you by certain means, strange telephone number / time / date.

Still waiting a response from from letter,

but the phone calls have started again,

as I wouldnt speak to one person 3 different ones tried my number.

 

When I said I had stated no calls from Shop direct,

 

she said this isnt shop direct its Very.

 

I said you are one and the same but she said not.

 

This stupid debt is mounting instead of decreasing with all the silly charges.
