Death Threat on Noddle Report

ve just registered with Noddle to check my credit file out and couldn't quite believe what I saw. ( I cannot post a picture yet) so I have added a censored version below:

I'm going to hit the "something wrong" button, but surely they shouldn't be able to post stuff like that on there?

 

And just because I''ve got some finacial problems they shouldn't be able to threaten my life. just shows what low life **** were dealing with.

 

 

Should I report this to the police? if so how?

Hi. I just popped by to let you know ive asked an admin to come and help you due to the seriousness of the issue. Is it possible you can post as much info about your dealings with this company as possible?

Thankyou, I've contacted Noddle via there online system and the email back stated that its up to 28 days for a response, I've called them but theres no direct line through so I've requested a call back.

 

I think my next step is to report it to the Police, just to be on the safe side as they do have my address details.

scan the required letters/agreements/sheets - as a picture[jpg] file

don't forget you can use a mobile phone or a digital camera too!!

ENSURE: remove all pers info inc. barcodes etc using paint program

but leave all figures and dates. {DO NOT USE A BIRO OR PEN OR USE SEE THRU TAPE OR LABELS]

DO NOT USE ANY PDF EDITOR TO BLANK STUFF, THAT CAN BE REMOVED

DO IT IN PAINT.EXE or any photo editing program

convert existing PC files to PDF [office has an installable print to PDF option]

goto one of the many free online pdf converter websites [http://docupub.com/pdfconvert/]

it would be better to upload a multipage pdf if

you have many images too rather than many single pdfs

or if you have PDF as an installed printer drive use that

or use word and save as pdf

try and logically name your file so people know what it is.

i'e Default notice dd-mm-yyyy

open a new msg box here

hit go advanced below the msg box

hit manage attachments below that box

hit the add files button on the top right

hit select files, navigate to your file on your pc

hit upload files

It works although its small. my guess was that its been entered by a muppet at the creditor.

 

However you MUST inform the police about this and also the oft and fos. The company can be shut down and heavily fined for this.

 

You might also want to notify the national press too.

It looks like it is a Payday Loan company - is that correct, if so then MP Stella Creasy is the person to get hold of as she is active in this area. She is the MP for Walthamstow East but will deal with this type of thing across the board.

It's a Payday loan company called 24-7 Money Box, when I was at my lowest with my debt problems I used these thinking it would help. (It Didn't) but thankfully I relised my mistakes/problems and I'm on my way to resolving my debt with CCCS or step change as its called now..

Ok, a Formal Complaint to this DCA, for a start, the a report to the ICO and OFT. I think Noddle should also be taken to task.

 

Going to check out this DCA and then I'll draft a letter for you.
