Suggest that you send an urgent complaint in writing to the compliance manager at MH by recorded delivery. Tell them that if they continue to call a third party (your parents) that you will report to Trading Standards, OFT's credit licence fitness team and the ICO. Advise them of your situation and that you are unable to currently deal with the debts until you have taken proper debt advice. I would suggest that you contact Citizens Advice or CCCS advising of your overall financial/debt situation and they will advise you what to do.

We could do with some help from you.

Hi OK this is totally wrong.

Send the following letter by recorded delivery to the Compliance Manager at Mackenzie Hall Marked Confidential.

Ref: as on their e-mail

Formal Complaint/ Harassment of disabled persons.

Dear Sir Or Madam,

I refer to your recent e-mails and telehone calls regarding what I assume is a debt you allege is owed by me, please note I do not acknowledge any debt to you or any company you ,may claim to represent.

The e-mails your arrogant staff are sending are causeing me extreme stress and I now insist all such contact must cease immediately and ALL communication MUST be in writting and sent by Royal Mail

Your company is also making calls to my parents who are in sheltered accomodation, my father is disabled and my mother is ill, your inconsiderate and agressive contact is having a serious effect on their lives and must cease immediately and I am reporting this to the OFT and asking them to consider the fitness of Mackenzie Hall to hold a consumer credit licence.

For Claification no contact other than via Royal Mail, you will remove telephone number xxxxxxxxxxx from your records immediately failure to comply WILL mean action regarding the harassment of an elderly and vulnerable couple.

OK send that Monday.

Any Letters I Draft are N0T approved by CAG and no personal liability is accepted.
