ESA and ESA50 form

I have been on ESA for almost a year now, put in support group, without a medical, with no time limit, this morning I received the dreaded esa50 form through the post, its no problem filling it in as i remember exactly what i put on the last one, my question is do I stay on the benefit rate I am on now or will I be put back on the assessment rate till they decide my future?

Thanks for the quick reply, I hope Atos is as quick and are fair with their decision as there has been no real improvement in my condition and infact in a few weeks it will be worse as i am under going further surgery

If your friend is happy to go against medical advice and go onto JSA then that is his choice. He could have stayed on ESA.

And live on what whilst you're appealing? You can't get JSA because the job centre say you can't meet the conditions for job seeking and you have a valid fit note saying you're unfit to work and you have no entitlement to IS.
