there was a big get together today in town where the council opened up its new development, there was a very very loud sytems speakers and a massive crows, i would say the speakers were positioned in at least 5 different areas

i was standing about 20 yards in front of one of the sound systems and so were hundreds of others, but my ear on the right sight has been hurting all day long

how can i find out its its caused damaged to my hearing which i suspect it might have by my ear hurting all day, would the council be resposible for damage to my hearing in a public open space as the event was a council event they organised it all

it was very very loud sound systems they had in town and they put hundreds of other peoples hearing at stake as well

if my ear continue hurting in the next few days that would mean its damaged because of the councils sounds systems which were far too high above the legal limit

where do i stand in taking action against the council, what steps do i need to take?

i would very much doubt it was

councils are very very good at risk assessment.

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

Hi

Also it was you that decide to stand approx 20yrds from the loud speaker not the council that forced you to stand that close.
