Under the terms of the transaction, PRA purchased 100% of the equity interest in Mackenzie Hall for a maximum price of £33.5m (approximately $51 million) in cash

I did mention this on another thread, they mention goodwill was included, not from a consumer point of view!

 

They mention 'innovation' which probably means they will claim to be an American company and therefore USA law rules, remember the old MBNA line.

 

I think East Ayrshire Trading Standards should be informed of this development and be prepared to take on extra staff to deal with the resultant complaints.

The calls to my mobile and land line have intensified over the last couple of days.

Not heard from these awful people for several months since I sent them my

statute barred letter, here we go again !!
