Hi Slick,

 

I've received the SAR response from Barclaycard, still waiting the Egg details. I've extracted all the charges

and they come out as below. What should i do next?

 

Barclaycard Visa

 

8th Mar 2006 Late Payment Charge £20.00

8th Feb 2007 Late Payment Charge £12.00

10th Oct 2011 Late Payment Charge £12.00

10th Oct 2011 Over Credit Limit Charge £12.00

10th Oct 2011 Return Direct Debit Fee £12.00

8th Nov 2011 Over Credit Limit Charge £12.00

 

 

Barclaycard Sky

 

19th Feb 2009 Unpaid Payment Fee £12.00

21st Dec 2009 Return Direct Debit Fee £12.00

21st Dec 2009 Late Payment Charge £12.00

21st Oct 2011 Return Direct Debit Fee £12.00

21st Nov 2011 Late Payment Charge £12.00

21st Nov 2011 Over Credit Limit Charge £12.00

Hi Bobster,

 

Without wishing to tread on anyone's toes, I suggest you use the spready which was linked in post #2 and use a nominal rate of 24.9% to claim interest in restitution.

 

BC will usually pay this once you've started court proceedings.
