Hi, first time poster...

We have a Dualit Kettle which has been replaced 4 times in 4 years due to various faults. After the second failure we asked for money back but were given a replacement instead. Every kettle has leaked from various places, around the spout on the latest one which means there is boiling water going everywhere.

The kettle has been meticulously looked after, descaled regularly but today leaked so badly that it tripped the fuse box. We have written to Dualit about this on several occasions, they take ages to respond (weeks), and every time offer a discount on a new one. We dont want a replacement, we'd like our money back.

I'd expect a £75 kettle to last more than a year or two (the longest one has not leaked for is less that 9 months). From reviews on sites we are not alone, 29 complaints on Amazon, 20+ on review centre all with leaks or burned out elements. Clearly there is a design or manufacturing issue here.

Can someone advise what our options are?

Thanks
