ok guys

been on the sick since march and im wondering if im intiteld to full holiday pay

im getting statutory sick pay from my employer .

 

my friends say i am but i only got sick pay ?

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...

there are sometimes issues with bank holidays but you're correect there are stat obligations the employer must observe

I too have been off sick since march and i got the bank holiday pay but had to phone and ask but my contract says to get the bank holiday days u must attend a day b4 and the day after to recieve it unless u have a medical cert hope that helps

You are entitled to receive holiday pay whilst you are off sick, as to how much you get depends on what your contract says. I think there was a European case where the court has said annual leave untaken by employee on long-term sick leave may expire after 18 months, so watch out you cant indefinitely accrue leave
