hi, requested SARs current & old agreements for me & my partner, Welcome replied with copies of like id they have & copies of agreement..they also put a letter in saying statements to follow, now we havent recieved anything from them since & this was over 40days ago, which letter do i send to them now? also Im claiming missold ppi and got my info just wounded instead of getting a company to do it for me what do i do now?

You should first give the company the opportunity to send the missing information. Just write advising that they havent provided the information requested and that they now have 7 days to cough up or you will be making a complaint to the ICO. On day 7 put in your complaint.

Send the following:-

Account Number: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

 

I am in receipt of the documents that you have supplied in response to my Data Protection Act information request dated xxxxxxxx. The disclosure of personal data is incomplete in that at least the following documents are missing.

 

1) You have failed to provide xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

2) You have failed to provide xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

 

This is not an exhaustive list by any means, it is just an example of some of the information I am missing.

 

Accordingly, I have to tell you that you have not yet complied with your obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

The time for compliance with my request has now expired. If you do not comply fully with my Subject Access Request within 7 days, I shall apply to the County Court for an order to enforce compliance, together with damages at the discretion of the court.
