Paul CONGRATULATIONS, you certainly held your ground right to the end.

Did they phone you or write with settlement! as Barclaycard only have till Friday with my case to serve their bundle in court and deal with the directions as ordered by District Judge Steel. I somehow do not think that they will as they will have to breakdown how their charges are made up and we all know that they won't.

DS,

I phoned the court so I knew they hadn't submitted their documents. If Friday is your hearing expect to start receiving calls from their litigation dpt soon. They like to leave things a little late in the day.

Hi Paul, Friday 4pm is the last day they can submit their bundle with the answers to District Judges directions. Failure for them to respond will result in me getting a judgement.

The District Judge has requested that they give full disclosure, so somehow I do not feel that they are going to do this. So either I will get the judgement or settlement very soon.

Regards

DS
