Hi Mr Ton, Was I glad I came online tonight! I had sent a request for CCA to ultimate credit services 1st August 2009, recorded delivery which they received on 5th August ( checked with PO ) Didn't get any calls or mail and certainly no reply to my request until Monday 5th October 2009. I was then called and I'm pretty sure the guy said Zinc. Presumably, looking online the directors have changed the name of company. Can you or anyone else let me know whether the CCA I requested from UCS is the responsibility of Zinc now? It has been over 8 weeks since I requested the CCA, I did send the fee aswell.

Appreciate any reply and information regarding this problem.

if you cca' USC and they are now called Z"T"inc (wow what another brain drain name that is) then the request still stands, send the account in dispute letter

One of the directors was involved with BCW originally it states....so knowing BCW as well as i do, no chance of this new lot having any luck collecting debts then

all these dca's crash but the same old directors and boss men simply pop up with another firm doing exactly the same thing, I always thought that if a firm went down the directors were supposed to be barred from starting up again with a new name or dosent it work that way?

It matters not...they will have exactly the same problems with a new set up/company as they had with the old one

the directors must hark after the old days(pre cag) where there threat monkeys could just bully, lie and intimadate cash out of alleged debtors ie baliffs are on the way, we will take funds direct from your wages, we can do this and that lie lie lie

They do long for simpler pre CAG days when debtors just did as they were told & paid up.

Sadly for them - consumer websites such as this will just go from strength to strength as technology becomes ever more advanced.
