I would send it to the registered address that appears on the bottom of their letters and I can't for the life of me think what it is off the top of my head!

I must admit I am tempted, but the "entrapment" issue as mentioned earlier is in the back of my mind. But then again,if they were shown to be fraudsters,I can't see them wanting to go to court either.....
Well I think a simple defence like ''My other half was worried and signed the form and sent it off as I was away on business'' would get over that little hiccup. I think the Feds would be more interested in the serious offence of FORGERY which is an arrestable offence

You can report them to your local TS and also to the OFT.

I don't know whether Northampton TS are any good or not, but it can't hurt.

All help is merely my opinion only - please seek legal advice if you need to as I am only qualified in SEN law.

I sent HFC a letter last week, following another "final demand" form them, requesting a point by point breakdown of how the documents they sent me are enforceable in the light of the Wilson case......

I got a letter back from "squiggle"(Complaints Investigator,Central complaints) along with their internal complaints procedure document.

They say-

" we are personally addressing the issues that you have raised and we will carry out an investigation of the situation on your behalf. We will examine the background carefully and respond to you shortly"

yeah-another fob off and another "final demand" letter expected anytime soon...... ;)

  • 2 weeks later...

particularly HSBC debts which they have bought over......do they ever get hold of them?

They have been pursuing me for months with no agreement, and I've told them to bog off-asked for my signature on repeated occasions(do they think I'm stoopid or sumfink??? LOL) and now they tell me they are contacting HSBC for the agreement

I would have thought that if they had been able to locate this earlier, that they would have done so..... ;)
