Well Done Tiokim another MBNA Claim bites the dust as they said that they will issue another DN check out Fairbyblues thread as the same happened to him.

You'll probably find that MBNA will issue another DN but they are playing with fire if they do.

 

Make sure you smack them hard on costs.............they'd do the same to you !!

 

I'm sure you read up on wasted costs but here's some links anyway -

Today is exactly a year that a received the court claim from MBNA. Today I have received by post the official notice of discontinuance from Restons!!:D
