Can anyone give me a few pointers on finishing my appeallants notice ??

So long as I get this in tomorrow I can appeal I guess, then I can look at getting legal assitance.

This CAGer has just won a case where the CC company were relying on the Rankine Case, I wonder if it would be worth posting a request on the thread linked above to see if they can give you some help. :)

9Lives you have completed the frm correctly as far as I cans ee. Th part you are struggling on is where you have to raise each point you contest and then give the evidence to support and quote any case history you may have. Keep it as simple as possible but make each point strong. If you have one that is weak don't include it. The court will make its decision on appeal if they think your points are strong and can be supported with evidence. No need really to say the Judge was wrong- just rasiing this is telling them that.
