Hi all, I have a car on finance, which two days ago caught fire and is a write off, can I terminate my contract with the finance company under 'frustration of contract' as the finance company can now no longer supply the use of the vehicle to me under our contract?   4. My OH had a unsecured loan with A & L in 1995 in which she settled early but recalls that in order for her loan being successful ppi was added. Vodafone helped themselves to £198.88 via direct debit without any explanation as to why so I rang them up to ask why.     Frustration

    Hi all Since September last year I have been suffering with a bad back, this has cost me a few weeks off work, at present I am on amended duties which hopefully is working quite well, have only had to have 2 days off since, Originally my GP sent me for an x ray at our local hospital which showed a damaged disc, I had Physio for a few weeks but it got worse especially the sciatic nerve. In March this year it was progressively worse so my GP sent me for an MRI scan which showed up a prolapsed disc plus some degeneration. She made an appointment for me to see a consultant, however the
