  1. i'm sure you will have received an offer before then
  2. hi graham blimey you've had a rough ride!! i'm not sure about credit cards but i'm sure that somebody will be along in a better position to advise you what to do next. i'm that you can claim your charges back though, by using the advanced spreadsheet to work out the proportion of interest etc. good luck with it, someone will be along soon.
  3. well done you!! and welcome to the forum
  4. THANK GOODNESS FOR THAT ROOKA!! WELL DONE AND CONGRATULATIONS:D
  5. not exactly sure what your'e looking for - do you mean a rejection of an offer letter. i can send you the link to those. Rejecting Offers
  6. congratulations and well done!
  7. have you not put all your charges onto a spreadsheet yet?? ok... here's a template, but you better get this done straight away. the court and hsbc's solicitors will want this before they will look at your claim. 6. Interest calculation spreadsheets

  12. just to clarify what you can claim...... Charges description on statements - Please Read and also if they're not listed in the link, the newly renamed 'notified fees' can be claimed too!
  13. maybe i'm barking up the wrong tree. i was able to claim back ALL of the 'total charges' as i had no AGREED overdraft.
  14. if it says 'total charges' on the statement you CAN claim them! if you go into the statement and click on the 'total charges' - all it will give you is a date 'from' and to'. put them on your spreadsheet.
  15. yes... you will get the £120 back when you win! and no, you don't need to add in the figure on mcol - they take that into account when you file your claim.
  16. the nice thing is.... we've all been there so we know what each and every one of you feel. nobody likes waiting for the inevitable.... you'll get it back - that's a certainty.
  17. it was a very long time ago that they were the 'listening bank'!!! stick to your timescales and continue with your claim - unless they come back with a nice juicy (reasonable/acceptable) offer
  18. if dg have requested a breakdown of your charges, in my book that means that they will be writing to you with an offer pretty soon - hang in there
  19. this might help..... Charges description on statements - Please Read and if they're not included in this list - the newly renamed 'notified fees' can be added too!! good luck
  20. we all got fed up of waiting.... but when that refund/cheque arrives - boy what a feeling of self righteousness!!! stick with it... you never thought you'd get them back in the first place after all

you won't receive anything from the solicitors yet. did you send your breakdown of charges to the court (2 copies) and 1 to dg? if not, do that now, with a covering letter asking for them to be filed with your claim. after a couple of days, ring dg and ask if they have received them.
