unless it goes as far as you having to submit a court bundle, you won't need hard copies of your statements. BUT, if you do need copies, yes you can print them from online banking. don't worry about anything - you've got everything covered so far. good luck:)

KEEP AT EM!! your'e right, probably a shareholder - with a little bit of power! this judge might be a cleaner (i'm not knocking cleaners here) but he's just one judge - please don't let him stop you from doing what's right here ok. lets be positive - keep going please
  20. they are offering as per a previous letter and not since you've filed your claim. so accept as partial settlement stating that you have incurred further costs i.e.court costs + 8% and you will continue with your claim until you recoup the rest.
  21. just to re-iterate what lattie has said - when i bombarded dg back in february there were millions less claims and whilst that strategy worked for me, it was a one off harrassment technique that paid of BUT ONLY FOR ME! it was an enormously futile apprach and i wouldn't recommend that anybody follow my actions. gather as much new and up to date information as you can - be one step ahead.... don't go over old ground!!

  24. they shouldn't close your account on a first claim. as for accepting the amount they're offering... it's entirely up to you and your circumstances. the way i see it is, if they weren't in the wrong they wouldn't offer you anything!! but if you feel you need the money then the choice is yours. whatever you decide - good luck.
