blimey giveme, i never stop do i? lol -
have a quick look through these Ian and tweak one that suits you best. just tell hsbc they're too late with the feeble offer and you've already filed your claim so you want the lot.
-
just a note for filling in mcol form: defendant addy is canada square, and you tick the box that says you intend to claim interest.
-
yes i should start taking a look to see what you'll be needing. you've got the link in post 28 clare. you've plent of time to prepare for it - leave the photocopying till later down the line though, 300 pieces of paper x 3 is a whole rain forest!! lol

-
he is very handsome, but young enough to be my son!! lol maybe if i was 30 years younger eh hahaha
-
you'll get your money back before any court date - look on the bright side!! the courts have basically given dg 14th May to settle in full. dg don't want to go to court either.
-
yes w.a.w. i won my second claim 2 weeks ago. however this was via hsbc and not filed in court.

st, i'm still traumatised by your comment about sweetcorn!!! lol bit early for me to take it all in about post 246, but looks like they've shot themselves in the foot doesn't it. anyway i reckon a settlement figure is in the offing... it seems they let the long time claimants sweat and dribble for as long as they can and then all the goalposts are shifted and they'll pay you. soon i hope! -
i was actually hoping to go to the court and watch tom brennan's case - good job i didn't..... it was adjourned as the case hadn't been allocated enough time!! boy would i have been p****d off if i'd got up at 5 to get the bus to london this morning lol
-
hi jj take a peek on mcol website now and start registering and filling in your claim form online. it's a real doddle and really convenient. link below. HMCS Money Claim Online
-
does this kinda answer your question??
-
if you are going to change your claim figure with mcol it will cost a further £35 non refundable and also, you would have to file the claim all over again. i would file a seperate claim when this one's done and dusted.
-
court fees are as follows: up to £300 £30 £300.01 - £500 £50 £500.01 - £1,000 £80 £1,000.01 - £5,000 £120 £5,000.01 - £15,000 £250 hope this helps!
-
just sit tight now for a couple of days and see what comes to you in the post - whether they send you an aq to fill in or a court date. not a lot else you can do at this stage jo.... hang in there!
-
have they entered a defence yet candice or you still waiting.... i know this bit seems to last a lifetime while your'e waiting!! all good things come to those who wait... and all that!!! lol
-
i'd suggest you file a claim. it's easy enough to do if you follow the tried and tested method on this site. in anycase, if the ombudsman comes back with any kind of reasonable offer - you can always halt your claim. try taking a good read through the links i'm sending - plus as many threads as you can. there's some invaluable information within if you look. good luck to you
-
hi pucc welcome to the forum. i would advise that if you are serious about reclaiming your charges you do your 'homework' first. take a good look at other people's threads and faq's and gain as much knowledge as you can before you start. mistakes can be difficult to repair later down the line. you will get all the help and support you need on this site should you need it. FAQs :::::::::::::::::::::::::- PLEASE READ THESE FIRST!!! Step-By-Step Instructions good luck with your claim
-
