  1. is there any way you can transfer the funds out of your account to another account badger?
  2. you will have your receipt from the post office for your recorded delivery which would be accepted in court as proof of posting. i'd go ahead and issue the claim.
  3. you will be claiming for charges AFTER your previous claim so it shouldn't affect a new claim. they may want to close your account though so set up a parachute account. again, they can get into trouble if they do close your account - but worry about that later if it happens. good luck with your new claim
  4. hi now's the time to look how to file a claim and take a look around the mcol website and start filling in your details. you may not hear anything from hsbc and as advised earlier, unless it's a full offer/very close offer, stick to your timescales and go ahead and file your claim with the courts. 10. hi rachael if dg are asking for a breakdown of your charges, in my book that says that they are looking at your claim - so get a copy of the breakdown to them sharpish. it usually means that an offer is in the pipeline.
  11. well just saw the infamous mr brennan on gmtv this morning! gorgeous i might add and if he does lose his case he could always take up modelling!! lol he's only just qualified as a barrister so i really hope that he doesn't get disbarred before he even starts. fingers crossed for him.
  12. and you want to know why??? cos we're all little people against the big institutions... and we care what the little people are going through, and trying to put it right - and we do!!
  13. i don't care that you don't know anything about puta's lats... all i know is, you've helped more people in here (in black and white), than the samaritans ever could!! and we're all eternally grateful!!!!!

    Time to reclaim

hi my advice would be to read through as much as you can. take your time and make sure that you know what you are doing before you start. things are easier to do if you understand but harder to correct if you don't. stick to your timescales when you start - ask any question that you want to, someone will always answer you and last but not least......... good luck
  15. mcol customer services team are really helpful... as lats said, don't stress over it
  16. already got those... bought them with my 'winnings' from hsbc hahahaha:D

  20. yeah and lats is like Shaw Taylor lol
  21. looks like you've got the new 'standard' response from the courts about the aq. read the above threads, there's nothing to worry about - i'm sure you'll be getting a full offer very soon.
