I have today received some of my requested statements and am beginning to identify amounts paid as a result of things like recall of so/dd. To date I have found that I have been charged something like £1,200 for these. However on each statement there is reference to DR Total Charges. Is this figure one I ought to be adding to my calculation. These charges amount to approx. £1,700 but I can find no refernce to what they relate to.
