I have recently been offered a 65% settlement figure (2174, instead of 3346 I am claiming), what is the general opinion regarding the test case?

I have been advised by Chelmsford Court that all claims are stayed and could take up to 18months-2yrs to complete and we are not guaranteed to win anyway.

If I hold off and continue does anyone else have anymore info as to what the outcome might be and as I am already at Court stage is this likely to be quicker?

According to my court there are not AQ's being sent out now either.

I am very tempted to accept their offer but as it is still £1200 short of the total it is a difficult decision to make.

Also can the bank withdraw this offer now because of the ruling last week?????
