I am the claimant. the mediation was scheduled for today but never got a call KP is correct, I called them today but got told their lines was closed. I will just call them in the morning

Mediation was confirmed for today and all of a sudden it says "Stay Lifted". It doesn't make sense, I was ready for mediation. How comes I didn't get a chance to defend my case via mediation?

I have been waiting for the mediation call for last 2 hours no one has called me and it has passed the appointment time. Do I still need to wait for the call until 6pm Ive checked the MCOL portal and it says : Case Stay Lifted on 22/01/2024 What does this mean?

I really appreciate this, I'm currently writing my mediation summary for all the information that is needed . There are key points I can say to the mediator regarding this issue. Any more information will be helpful as I'm writing a document to be prepared for the day.

Update on case: I have a mediation next week. Does anyone have any advice on what I should emphasis in regards to 'Evri swapping parcel' but only have insurance up to 20GBP.

Delay with checking my MCOL account due to Christmas and Holidays I've just checked now. It says this what's the next approach? EVRi PARCELNET LIMITED filed a DQ on 20/12/2023 I am currently on vacation been away since 24th December but I did check my mail the day I left and had no mail, what do you recommend I do?

For some reason on my MoneyClaim Account online, it hasn't even updated that DQ has been sent to me, so not sure how I send the questionnaire online.

Have you read the defence? What do you think about the points the defendant has raised in the defence ie "The claim value" and the "Claim Form - Particulars of Claim"?
