An awful lot of solicitors do not specialise in Consumer Credit Law/ Debt.

My absence at the original hearing was due to a hospital attendance with my wife which was unplanned!

I`ve not really come up with anything to present at the interim c/o hearing yet so I am looking for pointers!

Will be waiting for lots and lots now within this thread!!

Any feeling that I`ve helped you today- then add to my reputation and click those scales!

Well I think you are probably in a better position than us to know why the interim order shouldn't be allowed. Did you contact the court at all about your wifes hospital appointment, and can you provide any evidence to the court to prove it?

If not, I can't think of anything else to suggest myself.

I really don't know what you were expecting. This site is about empowering people to help themselves. Have you come up with any new ideas yourself? We've tried to help you but you have to help yourself too. If you can't think of any good arguments for your case, when you know the history, I really don't understand how you can expect people who don't know the circumstances to help.

You may feel that our efforts were not of help, but it seems to me extremely ungrateful to the people who have taken the time and effort to post.

I asked you questions, which you didn't answer. Why should I, or anyone else waste time reading 182 posts of your thread if you then say you're talking to yourself.
