Hi sara I was waiting for someone to reply to how you fill in the value part of the mcol as i am at that stage & then I seem to have lost the thread of your thread! what did you eventually put there & did you send anything else with the claim? many thanks

I put the £725 charges and the interest @ 8% upto issue date in the box Amount Claimed.

As I went across to the local court I took a schedule of charges with me attached to the completed N1.

his last comment was that CAG/BAG frighten him, he's worried their lurking around the corner from his house :D !!

So I replied Arh, like that advert when the cows have come to claim back what is theirs:D . We laughed.

 

It sounds like he does have a sense of humour then!! Well done to you (and BF) for your successful pursuit of them!!!
